Dear parents and friends,
It is with great pleasure that we announce the partial reopening of the school as a result of careful planning and discussions with Ballyroan Community and Youth Centre.
Currently, Dublin is under level 5 lockdown as a part of anti-Covid efforts. Czech School Dublin received official permission from the HSA to continue teaching in an unchanged format. We are listed as an essential service under the subcategory ‘Education’.
We have had to adapt the entire curriculum to the current conditions and have introduced a number of (hopefully temporary) changes and precautions.
Primary School:
Began on the 3rd of October 2020.
Pre-School:
For now we are only able to teach the preparatory (zero) class, starting on the 17th of October 2020. For capacity reasons, the older and younger pre-school classes cannot take place this term. We plan to open the classes next term, in February of 2021.
Afterschool Club:
Temporarily cancelled.
Drama & Choir Clubs:
Temporarily cancelled.
